FEATURED JOB OPENING: Seeking On-Site Management Team (Couple) - Highland Village, TX

Seeking On-Site Management Team (couples only) for A1 Storage + Boat & RV.

Must be highly ambitious, career oriented professionals to manage and operate a self storage facility.

Candidates should be self-starters with the willingness and capacity to serve the public.  Both individuals must be able to conduct themselves professionally while serving customers and both must have the ability to perform office duties.

Primary duties:

1. Sell and Market Storage Units, Boats/RV Spaces and Merchandise.  Enthusiastically present the features of the property.  Must be comfortable with paperwork, telephone and computers.  Proficient in Site Link, Store Logix/Flacon and basic knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
2. Clean and Maintain Facility. One individual must be able to perform light maintenance on property such as sweeping hallways, units and grounds, cleaning floors, address minor landscape needs, light electricity (changing lights, bulbs and or ballasts), light plumbing and painting.
3. Customer Service. This position requires superior customer service and sales skills from both Managers.  Being comfortable interacting with the public is mandatory as are highly proficient telephone skills.
4. Manage Collections, Delinquencies and Public Auctions.
