FEATURED JOB OPENING: Seeking Property Management Team, 5 star, 300 space, 55+ Mobilehome Park - Santa Rosa, CA

Searching a full time property management team for 55+, 300+ space, 5 Star manufactured home community in the Santa Rosa area. Property Management team responsible for the following but not limited to:

*Scheduling property vendors
*The Application Process
*Rent collection/month end resident rent ledger
*Maintaining resident files in an organized fashion
*Resident correspondence
*Overseeing and insuring community rules & regulations
*Basic computer skills
*Lease signing knowledge
*Renewing leases
*Dealing with maintenance issues that arise within the park (including but not limited to utility breaks, landscaping issues, property upkeep etc.)

****PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT TEAM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED****
