FEATURED JOB OPENING: Seeking Onsite Property Management Couple for a Premier 55+ Manufactured Home Community in Everett, WA Area

We are seeking an Onsite Property Management couple for a premier 102 space 55+ manufactured home community in the Everett, WA. area. Prior mobile home community management experience is required.

Responsibilities are to be split between the couple. Office duties include operation of the onsite computer software, resident communication, prospective resident paperwork, and rent collection. Maintenance responsibilities include supervision of the maintenance crew, oversight of community projects and issues and enforcement of the community standards.

Compensation includes competitive salary, home, company vechicle with basic utilities and medical coverage.
