Candidate responsibilities include but are not limited to managing staff, monitoring & tracking hotel expenses and inventory, coordinating department tasks, and providing high-level, personalized guest service. Candidates are responsible for the development and execution of an innovative and upscale breakfast and dessert menu.
A minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership, culinary, or similar position is required. Benefits include PTO, simple IRA, paid attendance to the annual hospitality conference, and housing in an adjacent 3-bedroom house. Candidates must reside in provided housing. Pets ok. This position reports directly to the General Manager.
Salary: $35,000 – $45,000 per person, based on experience. P
