Be part of a fast-growing family business that rewards your hard work in managing mobile home parks. We are looking for a high-energy, all-star management team for our latest project: filling up, stabilizing, and managing a 125-site park in San Marcos, and a 108-site park (w/ 20 self-storage units) in Seguin.
About the San Marcos Community
+ 125 pads
+ All pads on city water / city sewer (no well / septic)
+ Currently 75% occupied
+ Kicking off new homes program to fill vacancy
+ Owners planning major improvement projects: repaving roads, improving carports, tree removal, demo/rebuild of office, landscaping, water/sewer upgrades (the successful applicants will be comfortable with project management)
+ Management team will live at this Community
About the Seguin Community
+ 108 pads
+ All pads on city water / private septic
+ Community is 97% occupied (very stable/quiet, but needs some rule enforcement)
+ Self-storage is 50% occupied (need to lease-up 10 units)

+ Proven ability to oversee a maintenance/construction team
+ Experience in mobile home maintenance is a plus
+ Excited to learn new skills and grow
+ Strong project manager
In the first year, job will include:
+ Oversee cleanup/improvement effort
+ Enforce new rules & regulations
+ Implement new skirting program to improve aesthetics
+ Improve landscaping around community
+ Manage third-party contractors for improvements
+ Oversee delivery and setup of new singlewide homes
Compensation includes:
+ Free housing at San Marcos Community
+ $250/mo utility stipend
+ $40,000/yr salary to start
+ Performance incentives ($250 for each vacancy filled)
