FEATURED JOB OPENING: Seeking a 55+ Mobile Home Park Management Team - South San Diego - San Diego, CA

We are currently in search of a dynamic duo for our 250+ space, 55+ mobile home community in Southern San Diego. As part of our team and as our on-site management duo you would have a wide variety of duties related to the park, its residents, and potential residents. As well as regularly interact with maintenance workers, utility companies, and vendors necessary for the park's operation and any needed repairs.

Our managers are required to live on-site in one of our two park-owned rentals/managers homes.  Competitive pay, medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as vacation time.

Our office is open 9-4pm 5 days a week; and you are expected to be on-call 24 hours a day for the 5 days you are on duty. On your 2 days off we have assistant managers on-call.
