Annually (April 1) through November 1. Town requirement for full-time presence/proximity; some support as needed from shareholder co-managers. Reporting to board of directors.
To handle day-to-day site maintenance: day-to-day operations & yardwork, trash, physical labor without restriction, basic electric/plumbing; light painting; window cleaning; moderate lifting, minor repairs, scheduling vendors, maintaining supplies, lock-outs, emergencies, etc. Interactions with shareholder/owners, renters, guests.
1-2 years min. relevant experience preferred; English proficiency required; legally able to work in US for the prescribed period; will need Town approval.
