Horizon Outdoor Hospitality, the leading glamping and RV resort management company, is seeking a RV Resort Manager for our Bay Point Landing location. This modern glamping resort is located on Oregon's southern coast and includes 128 luxe RV sites. We bring a brand new camping experience to the Pacific Northwest complete with beachfront views and recreational activities just steps away. The resort opened in 2019 and has continued to evolve and expand, bringing the best-in-class amenities and service to our guests.

We are seeking an individual or couple with a guest-first mentality and a desire to help us meet our goals. At Horizon, you’ll be a leader at one of our best-in-class camping resorts, playing a key part in building and maintaining a reputation of excellence and world-class hospitality at this premier outdoor destination. We look for positive team members who love working with people and setting the stage for a successful property.
You have a minimum of 3 years of experience at the Manager level, with a demonstrated ability to hire, motivate ,and lead a team. You should enjoy the hands-on, high guest contact part of the business as much as you enjoy creating excellent employee experiences. Dedication, commitment, and comfort in upholding established policy and procedure is key.
Previous experience managing a similar operation required.
The position reports directly to the General Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The RV Resort Manager responsibilities encompass all aspects of managing and operating a campground and include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee all daily operations at the RV Resort, focusing on guest satisfaction, employee fulfillment, and operational success
- Train, schedule and lead a team
- Supervise, direct and motivate team in the daily, and ongoing, operational tasks
- Be well-versed with the PMS in use and able to train, problem solve and troubleshoot concerns
- Uphold all park rules, policies, and procedures as it pertains to both guests, and staff alike
- Assist with creating and establishing a positive team culture; ensuring that team members are executing exceptional, memorable, and personalized service for each and every guest.
- Work collaboratively with the General Manager as it pertains to the needs and operations of the RV Resort.
- Conduct daily inspections of the property to ensure standards are being met.
- Ensure that a safe work environment is in place, inspected, and maintained.
REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of 3 years of experience at the Manager level
- You are energetic, creative, and detail-oriented.
- You possess a passion for hospitality and the great outdoors.
- Ability to work independently and get it done.
- A skilled problem solver and also able to ask for assistance as needed
- Customer Service driven
- Proven experience training and coaching teams.
- Detail oriented, energetic, creative, and have extraordinary problem-solving skills.
- Proactive in communication with staff, fellow team members, and management
