FEATURED JOB OPENING: Resort Manager Couple - Arizona

A national leader in Multi-Family Residential Community Management is growing and looking for an experienced manager couple to join our success in one of our resort communities in Arizona.  Experience in Management is required, with experience in Property Management preferred.  We offer a competitive starting salary plus a benefits package including health & dental insurance, vacation, paid holidays and sick leave.

On-Site Resort Managers are responsible for all phases of community operations under the direction of the Director of Operations. 

Specific responsibilities include:

1. Hire, train and motivate on-site personal.
2. Maintain the common areas of the community in excellent condition.
3. Creatively initiate and organize resident functions on a weekly and monthly basis.
4. Enforce all rules and regulations.
5. Collect rents, make deposits and report to the home office using property management software.
6. Actively work with home dealers to fill vacant home sites.
7. Prepare budgets and reports for presentation to Regional Manager.
8. Design and implement Marketing Plans to sell homes to meet targeted sales objectives.
