Now accepting resumes for an experienced Self Storage Management Team . Looking for a full time resident management couple to oversee and manage a 350 unit storage facility on Cape Cod. Position includes salary, 2 bedroom apartment utilities included, Health Insurance, Vacation.

Responsibilities include:

* Leasing of self-storage space

* Timely collections of rent and fees

* Maintenance of self-storage facility

* Preparation of letters and documentation relating to the auction process

* Marketing to local businesses and the community

* Management background in other fields that requires customer service along with sales/management

* Must possess strong organizational skills

* Must have experience with computers

* Superior customer service and sales skills

* Strong communication skills

* Positive can do attitude

* Ability to work with minimal supervision

* Ability to listen and resolve customer concerns

* Enthusiasm, flexibility, and a strong drive to succeed

* Must be reliable

* Site Link Experience a plus

* 3 to 5 years’ experience as a Resident Storage Manager a Must!
