Qualified applicants should have knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. Prior knowledge of Winsen (the mini-storage accounting software) helpful but not necessary, as well as Penske truck rental/web site experience a bonus, but not mandatory.

Applicants must have excellent telephone skills, customer service background, proficient computer skills and the ability to be a team player. This job position requires building maintenance,  grounds maintenance, cleaning of units, the ability to lift 25-35lbs, and the ability to walk up and down the stairs without issue.
