FEATURED JOB OPENING: Resident Manager(s) - Friday Harbor, WA

Seeking experienced and professional individual or couple with at least 3-5 years of leadership experience within the hospitality industry to manage a small hotel on San Juan Island.

It is essential this team or individual have a heart for customer service, be friendly, upbeat and possess a calm and positive demeanor. They must also have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to oversee a small staff (which varies by season and occupancy levels), the front office operations, guest relations, reservation system, local marketing and sales efforts, housekeeping, pool and property care and light maintenance.

Compensation includes salary (D.O.E.) and benefits with annual performance bonus and on-site housing. Housing includes a one-bedroom apartment with electricity, water, sewer, garbage, cable and WIFI. Sorry but this position is not suitable for an individual or couple with children or pets. Nonsmoking required.
