FEATURED JOB OPENING: Resident Managers - Chimney Rock, NC

Resident managers for small but busy mountain/river motel and cabin rental business in Chimney Rock, NC (13 rooms and 3 rental cabins).   Management couple to manage and live in two bedroom apartment onsite. Motel is situated on a beatiful mountain river adjacent to Chimney Rock Park, many guests are regulars that have visited for years.  

Previous innkeeping or lodging experience helpful, however the ideal couple will have a strong housekeeping and maintenance background. Being able to turn a room and handle basic maintenance issues will be required.   They will also need the ability to supervise vendors and or housekeepers.   Couple to handle all aspects from fielding reservation calls, check-ins, record keeping, hiring/firing vendors, and general  maintenance. 

Compensation will include an onsite  two bedroom river-balcony apartment with all utilities included, including cable and wifi.  Managers will be paid a salary along with a commission on every room rented and the ability to earn a regular bonus.
