If you like being at the helm to ensure a well-run ship, then you may be the team we’re looking for. A private residential condominium association in Billings is searching for a highly motivated couple to serve as our Resident Managers. 

Our 40-unit high rise includes the best view of all in Billings! Nestled at the base of sandstone rimrocks, residents can enjoy the rims or the nearby mountain scenery, while living in the beautiful "banana belt" of Montana!

We offer the team a starting salary from $40k+ per year, with consideration of direct and relevant experience. Compensation package includes a rent-free two-bedroom apartment and all utilities paid. We also offer paid holidays and paid time off. 

Duties include: General maintenance of facility with working knowledge of maintenance systems such as heating and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical and structural systems as typically required of a residential property manager. Office duties include bookkeeping and collection of monthly HOA assessments, rental fees, and making deposits; prepare and distribute notices and packets for new residents; control distribution of entry fobs; and regularly communicate with residents.
