Our 35 unit Inn is located in the heart of Silicon Valley in the beautiful city of Palo Alto.
The successful candidate couple must consist of two qualified candidates who have a passion for working with our guests. Also, a proven customer service background and strong management/supervisory experience is necessary to assist in the management of the day-to-day operations of our property. Salary Package
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package per year to start (depending on the cost of living in the area where are placed) for our Resident Management Team. However, each person will be paid their own indivdually portion of the salary. To be decided upon interview.
Accommodation:
As this is a live-in position, the accommodation provided is a one bedroom, one-bathroom apartment .In addition to the apartment benefit, the Resident Managers are also provided with all utilities paid including basic cable, and parking.
Schedule:
Our Resident managers work along with other staff members on a rotating schedule. To be decided during interview
Training:
Complete, hands-on training is provided for Resident Management Team, however, previous experience in a similar role is an asset. People management experience is preferred.
Overall Job Purpose:
Our Resident Manager Team (Team must consist of two persons) will work together with other staff members to ensure that we provide total guest satisfaction.
Minimum Job Qualifications and Requirements:
· Be able to work as part of a team with the owners to provide a great Hotel/ Motel and a safe and motivating work atmosphere for our staff
· Support the staff in the day-to-day operations of the Hotel/Motel
. Ability to do light maintenance
· Willingness and ability to live on-site
· Prior management experience including operational and financial experience in managing employees, customer service, purchasing, payroll and accounts payable/receivable
· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff. Spanish is a plus
· Ability to keep all business, operational, and guest information confidential
