Retirement Community Managers

Resort Lifestyle Communities (RLC) develops, builds and manages independent living (age 55 and older) retirement communities. We currently have eight communities in five states and we are poised for significant growth.

Our passion is providing a luxurious living environment for our residents while also serving delicious, well balanced meals, lively activities and exceptional customer service.

We hire couples only to live on-site and serve as Resident Managers for the community. The scope of this position ranges from resident satisfaction, marketing, food service, housekeeping, activities, hiring, training and management of staff, and maintenance to on-budget operation.
