FEATURED JOB OPENING: Resident Couple Needed - Self Storage - Greenville, SC

We are looking for a Profesisonal, Dependable, Reliable Couple to reside and care for our 470 Unit Storage Facility located in Greenville, SC. One Full time (40 hrs.) One Part time (24 hrs.) 

Couple will reside on site and aim to provide superior customer service and create a positive and welcoming experience for our customers, along with providing storage solutions and sell our services and product. You must have the ability to be "Team Players" and work and live together. Couple will share responsibilites between the property and the office duties to ensure the office, property grounds and buildings are at quality company standards that we, you, and our customers can be proud of. 

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year experience in Customer realtions, customer service and or sales.

Energetic, outgoing and deliver service with a smile.

Strong Communications, problem solving and time management skills.

Valid and current Driver's License with reliable transportation.

Compfortable working alone or with other Team members including upper Management, being a Team Player and accepting new challenges.

Proficient in windows - based computer programs, Microsoft office, Excel and data entry.

Physically able to clean and maintain office and grounds such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, picking up trash. 

Maintenance skills consists of changing door handles, door seals, etc. 

Must be able to pass background check.
