FEATURED JOB OPENING: Resident Apartment Community Management Team - Centerville, OH

We are looking for a local couple interested in working together full time to manage, market & lease and maintain a 103 unit apartment community known as CENTERVILLAGE in Centerville, Ohio

TRAINING. Training provided to learn the apartment management skills

APARTMENT. A two bedroom with patio and front yard is available for occupancy by management couple.

HOURS. Working hours are flexible to suit needs of apartment operations.

COMPENSATION. Incentive based compensation and apartment, cell phones, computer and internet.

LONG TERM. We need steady, long term, relationship to go with our long term ownership.

INDEPENDENCE. You can balance your work and personal life and create your own management setup.

RESPONSIBILITIES. These include but are not limited to: Leasing apartments & lease renewals o Make ready apartment units o Building and grounds maintenance o Overseeing on and off-site contractors o Daily/Weekly and monthly reporting o Rent collections o Bill payments o Enforcing the Rules and Policies of the Apartment Community o Interacting with residents REQUIREMENTS * Familiarity with computer use and willingness to learn, with training, computer applications such as MS Office, Excel and Word, Property Management Program * Ability to complete building and ground maintenance including painting, cleaning, HVAC repair, plumbing, electrical, unless outside contractor is necessary, unit turns, requested maintenance. * Some knowledge of operating a mid-sized apartment community * Non-smoking * Must be able to pass an acceptable credit check, background check, and drug test Email detailed work history and skills and /or resume. • Location: Centerville, OH • Compensation: Base Compensation + Incentive + 2 Bedroom Townhouse + Some Utilties+ cell phones + computer + internet • This is a contract job.
