We are seeking a Regional Manager or Manager Team to oversee multiple properties throughout Yakima and the surrounding areas. This postion is part time pays an annual salary of $30,600/couple with paid housing and utilites

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all communities are clean, well-maintained, and operating efficiently. This includes conducting regular property inspections, coordinating with vendors for maintenance and repairs, and addressing any issues that arise. Enforcing community rules and regulations is a key part of the role, which involves communicating with residents, addressing violations, and issuing notices as needed. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for posting required notices, handling tenant inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Experience in property management is required, as this role demands a strong understanding of property operations, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination. Bilingual skills are a plus and will be beneficial when communicating with a diverse group of residents. Candidates must be reliable, have their own transportation, and be able to pass a background check.
