In return for free use of 2-BR, 1-bath ranch house with satellite TV, free utilities, tile floors, fenced yard ($1500 value) on a beautiful Hill Country ranch 30 minutes from downtown San Antonio:

1.  Be Watchperson/Caretaker couple for 1100-acre ranch

2.  Light work; perfect for older couple

3.  Live on premises

4.  Caretaker for 3 houses; show service providers to areas being repaired/adjusted

5.  Daily feed/check 5 horses/2 donkeys

6.  Oversee maintaining deer blinds and feeders

7.  Extra income ($13/hr) for house cleaning, lawn mowing, minor repairs, deer feeder filling, ranch truck and equipment maintennce, feed store trips, fence repair, tree trimming, etc.

8.  Having a 2nd job OK for one of the couple.

9.  Oversee all operations and activities on the ranch and report daily and weekly to owner.  Computer use required.
