A profitable East Texas ranch is looking for a full time Operations Manager couple with the following business management & sales skills: Finance, Beef Cattle Genetics, Property, Forage, Tree & Equipment Management. The culture is one of innovation, collaboration & creativity to do things efficiently & cost effectively. 

Seeking energetic, organized and self-directed couple with positive attitude. Ability to work together in a christian environment to accomplish overseeing 2500 acre beef cattle ranch. Must enjoy outdoors and ranch lifestyle. Start date negotiable. Compensation package to include house, vehicle, cell phone with competitive salary + bonus structure. Job position is permanent / full time. This Manager position requires efficient & effective organizational skills to run the day to day operations while reporting to the owner with weekly meetings of progress. You must be able to interact & collaborate with the corporate offices in Dallas involving matters of accounting, contractual issues, sales deals, business plans & facility management. Responsible for 5 business enterprises (Cattle, Land, Hay, Trees, Equipment & Facilities). Must be business savvy & continuously identify opportunities to drive efficiency & reduce costs with negotiation skills & problem solving.

Must be able to manage ranch staff and keep them on task with time management, work ethic & ample supplies for staff to continue to do their job effectively & safely. Excellent communication & leadership skills. Must be confident to be a liaison for the owner with ranch clients & guests. Must have strong employee & client relations skill set with ability to earn the trust & credibility with employee, neighbors & clients. Respond to all types of issues, incidents & mishaps regardless of hour or day.

Preferred qualifications of 4 years management experience. Demonstrated ability in marketing, sales & staff management. Computer knowledge a must. Ability to take ranch online with social media and website. Spanish bilingual helpful. Crucial follow-through and completion of projects to a high standard. Run the ranch as if it's your own with attention to detail.
