Rural SE Oregon ranch seeking live in couple to do ranch carpentry and yard and house maintenance , plumbing ,electrical ect. on ranch houses in exchange for 2 bedroom house and utilities and ranch vehicle for ranch use. Must work minimum of 16hrs a week in rent exchange, have a verifiable income of at least $1200 a month and have a valid drivers license, be able to pass a background ck, be a self motivated and no drugs or drama. DOE possible work outside the exchange for hourly wage.
