Heritage Financial Group is a large property management firm currently seeking experienced property manager(s) for a 180 SITE COMMUNITY IN TALLAHASSEE, FL.
Requirements:
Applicants must be able to exhibit:
-Aptitude for running a successful business
-Strong collecton skills
-Proven sales experience
-Excellent customer service, communication and people skills
-Orginzational and time management skills along with attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
Educational:
-High school diploma or GED
-Prefer some college coursework with emphasis on Businss successfully completed
Physical:
-Stand and walk or sit alternatively depending on specifi needs of the day
-Bend/stoop/squat to pick up litter, filing
-Climb stairs, push/pull/open and close doors in order to inspect or show units
Essential job duties:
-Increase and maintain occupancy while overseeing all onsite staff and activities
-Evaluate financial performance while ensuring all budgeting guidelines are followed consistently
-Minimize delinquencies through collection efforts
-Receive, process, approve and submit all incoming community invoices to corporate office for payment
