      The couple need to be personable, have a love for nature and be somewhat a Jack of all trades.

 The T&G Ranch LLC is a 240-acre ranch outside of Lincoln Ca. which is in the process of becoming a Private Nature Reserve, exclusively set aside for Rural Recreation and a Nature Educational center for Disadvantaged Children, Wounded Warriors, First Line Responders and Seniors.

 The Natural Reserve will give the opportunity for invited guests, (groups of 6 to 10 at a time) to explore woodlands with majestic oak trees, hike and enjoy the 180-degree breath taking views of the Sacramento Ca. valley; see and learn about the vast amount of wildlife and nature or just relax and unwind in the serenity of some of the most beautiful foothills in Placer County, Ca.

The position will consist of but not limited to: upkeep of landscape and pool areas, a lot of grass mowing, upkeep of ranch equipment, general maintenance of homes and barn, chainsaw work, housekeeping and some cooking, gardening and helping with entertaining invited guests.

Compensation $42,000 to $50,000 depending on experience along with housing and all utilities paid.

This is a live-in position, the ranch house is a two-bedroom, one bath home with office.
