FEATURED JOB OPENING: Property Manager at a Motor Inn - Burlington, CO

Full-time on-site property manager (couples welcome) needed to operate a MOTOR INN in BURLINGTON, COLORADO.

Candidate we hire will have: 

• 2+ years management experience
• Customer service oriented
• Computer proficiency, including Google Docs, Word, Excel and Gmail.
• Experience with QuickBooks (not required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
• Successful passing of background check

Duties include:

• Maintain and repair premises, units and common areas
• Record & keep required maintenance records
• Operate the front desk & check lodgers in and out
• Keep all financial records current and accurate
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly financial reporting
