FEATURED JOB OPENING: Property Management Team - Louisville, KY

Self Storage On Site Property Managers needed for very busy Louisville, Kentucky property.  This is a 2-person team position. 

The management team needed for this property will possess excellent skills and knowledge regarding delinquent tenants and will be able to handle the diversity of issues that arise with delinquencies.  We are searching for the perfect matched team who will be able to lower the delinquent accounts and still keep the other tasks completed.  This two-person team will require that both individuals be knowledgeable in computer operations, have great phone skills as well as the ability to handle all aspects of property maintenance.  Previous experience is not necessary, but both candidates must pass a background check, and both must have a valid driver's license.  Position is open for an immediate start date.  References are required when applying in order to obtain an informal telephone interview.  For a copy of the job description, compensation package, background release form and application, please contact via e-mail only.
