Large property management firm seeking couple with 2+ years prior experience for property located in Tallahassee, FL.

Must be willing to LIVE ON SITE

Position requires strong collection skills of both home payments and lot rent, community billed utilties.

Sale of community owned homes

Ability to  deal with residents and customers on a daily basis

Must be able to walk property for inspection as well as show potential residents homes available for purchase

Ability to read and understand P & L statements / budget control

$3,500 guarantee + bonus and commission structure
