StorageOne is looking for a highly motivated professional couple with on-site operational, customer service, and marketing experience to join our team of storage professionals. Must have Self-Storage lease up experience. Knowledge of truck rentals a plus. You will be managing a large high demand storage facility, with an expansion about to be completed.

This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay, bonuses, and great benefits.

• $13.25-$16.00 per hour to start plus bonuses that on average can increase annual gross earnings by over 10%

• Storage Management: 2 Years (required) or 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions, reliable transportation and automobile insurance in your name
• Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs.
• Pre-employment background check and drug testing

We’re looking for team members that have a drive to succeed, enjoy interacting with the public, and are ready to take on the exciting opportunity of managing the day-to-day operations of a storage facility. As part of the team, your responsibilities include:

• Offer exceptional customer service to promote rentals on the phone and in person
• Open and close office daily; post payments, make bank deposits and collect rent
• Utilize leasing software and marketing dashboard
• Maintain storage units, grounds, and restrooms for an exceptionally clean facility
• Assist customers with  U-Haul truck rentals
• Service and maintenance abilities are a plus
• Drug and background testing required
