Responsibilities include:

Assisting the supervising manager and maintenance crew with daily tasks

Available for after-hours emergencies

General property maintenance, including repairs and upkeep of park facilities

Ensuring the park remains clean, safe, and well-maintained for residents and guests

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and team player

Previous maintenance or property management experience preferred

Ability to handle emergency situations in a calm and efficient manner

Must be reliable and able to work weekends and after hours when needed
