The Park Residence Business Managers are fully accountable for all day to day operations of the park. The Park Residence Managers will supervise the entire on-site staff. Great team work will be vital to the success in this position. This is a full time position and salary determined by DOE

Qualifications

The Park Residence Business Managers must be bondable, in good health, and be knowledgeable in business practices along with maintenance experience. The Park Residence Managers combined should have:

• Multitasking ability
• Basic Computer Skills
• Excellent Communication Skills
• CPR Certified/First Aid Certified
• Excellent written Communication skills
• Manual Labor capability to lift up to 50#
• Bookkeeping Experience
• General knowledge of electrical and plumbing work
• Ability to use small power tools
• Regular, on-time attendance
• Special projects and other responsibilities as assigned

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining park and all buildings
• Hire, manage and train employees
• Solve Customer Needs and concerns with positive results
• Maintain control of admissions, cash flow, receipts and records
• Attend and report to the Park Board of Directors.
• Follow King County Safety Council and Red Cross water safety rules

Conditions of Employment:

The prospective new hires will be subject to mandatory drug and alcohol testing as a condition of employment.  The Park Resident Managers must have a valid Washington State driver’s license. Successful candidates agrees to submit to  background screening and acknowledges that while employment may commence with the screening  in process, a confirmed criminal or felony history may result in termination of employment.
