FEATURED JOB OPENING: Park Management Team - San Marcos, CA

Management company seeking experienced office manager and maintenance manager for two large, high quality manufactured housing communities located in north county San Diego. The maintenance manager position is located at one park while the office manager position is located in the adjacent park.

We are looking for skills and experience to include:

• Understanding/maintaining park infrastructure including water systems and basic building systems,
• Managing and working with a small crew,
• Good written and verbal communication skills,
• Knowledge of federal, state, local laws pertaining to fair housing and the mobilehome residency law,
• Ability to work in a challenging environment;
• Excellent customer service skills are a key requirement.
