FEATURED JOB OPENING: Onsite Property Management Team for Mobile Home Community, Central Valley, CA

Opening available now for a couple to join our team as onsite property managers of a well-maintained mobile home park.  (55+ community with 160 spaces).   Candidates should be Reliable, Honest, and Organized. Team to run the day-to-day business activities of the park.  

Opening is for two full-time positions consisting of one Office Manager and one Maintenance Manager. 

Office Manager’s primary role will be handling resident communications, rent collections and day to day office tasks. Candidate to have good computer skills, a positive attitude, be detail orientated and enjoy working with seniors.  Bilingual is a plus, but not mandatory. 

Maintenance Manager will be responsible for property maintenance and utilities.  Candidate must be handy, capable and have basic plumbing skills.  Tasks include but are not limited to landscape maintenance, pool maintenance, meter reading, infrastructure and utility maintenance, and rule enforcement.

Managers to work with owners, relief managers and other staff to ensure a pleasant, and functional community for the park’s residents.   

Prior Mobile Home Park experience is a plus, but not a requirement, training is available for qualified candidates that are willing to learn.

Compensation will be based on experience and will include an attractive onsite 2 bedroom 2 bath home with garage, utilities, health insurance allowances and benefits.  Incentives for growth and additional compensation available. Moving allowance provided.  Work schedule provides two days a week off.
