FEATURED JOB OPENING: Onsite Property Management couple for 5-Star Senior Community - Solano County, CA

We are looking for a Management Couple for a 5-star, 250 space senior mobilehome community in Solano County, 30 minutes from Napa Valley. General management experience preferred.

Both individuals should have basic computer knowledge and duties are to be split between the couple. The office responsibilities include addressing resident issues, resident and prospective resident paperwork and rent collection. The maintenance responsibilities require a working knowledge of basic construction, plumbing, electrical and will include daily outside maintenance, overseeing community construction projects and general oversight of the physical aspects of the community. 

Compensatation includes competitive salary, home with basic utilities and medical coverage.
