FEATURED JOB OPENING: Onsite Property & Area Manager Team Vancouver WA & Surrounding Area (Portland Metro) - Oversee Multiple Parks (4-5) - Home Included + Benefits

We're looking for an area manager & maintenance professional or team for the Vancouver and Portland Metro Area. The home base is Vancouver, but you'll assist us in overseeing 4-5 local communities.

Your weekly and bi-weekly duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Touring 4+ mobile home communities
• Process rent payments, assist with billing requirements, and monitor rent reports.
• Issue compliance notices & change of rent notices as required
• Ability to oversee lease signings, scan/email docs, and send signed copies to management.
• As needed, oversee maintenance requests: Disperse work orders, follow up, and complete maintenance accounting.
• Possible night or weekend hours are needed on rare occasions if a project or a community emergency occurs.
• Basic Maintenance and Landscaping
• More as the position grows

Qualifications

• Some computer literacy is necessary, including working knowledge of Office 365 and the ability to become proficient with our property management software.
• Have the ability to communicate with people from all walks of life. This job requires solid verbal skills and the ability to listen and understand.
• Must possess strong attention to detail
• Reliable and Dependable
• Must have a valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to be optimistic under all circumstances
• Participate in training to comply with new or existing landlord-tenant and manufactured home community laws for Oregon and Washington.

Full-Time Salaried Employee(s) 50K to 55K (Combined) DOE, NEW 3BR 2BA 840sqft Home Included, All Basic Utilities Paid, Basic Internet and cable, Benefits after 90-days, 401K after one year, mileage reimbursement, and bonus opportunities. Paid National Holidays, PTO & 2-Weeks Paid Vacation.
