Rancho Villa Mobile Home Park in Walla Walla, Washington is seeking an experienced Onsite Manager Team to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our community. This is a two-person team position, ideal for a couple or partners with strong management and maintenance backgrounds in the manufactured housing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the park

Perform routine park maintenance and coordinate with vendors for larger repairs

Enforce community rules and ensure a clean, well-kept appearance of the property

Interact professionally and respectfully with residents

Process rent payments and maintain accurate records

Address resident concerns promptly and effectively

Conduct property inspections and monitor compliance with park standards

Requirements:

Experience in manufactured housing or mobile home park management is required

Strong communication and organizational skills

Maintenance skills and the ability to perform light repairs and groundskeeping

Ability to work collaboratively as a team and independently

Proficient with basic computer tasks (email, rent tracking systems, etc.)

Ability to live onsite (housing provided as part of compensation)
