FEATURED JOB OPENING: Onsite Management Team for Well-Maintained 55+ Community - Dinuba, CA

Seeking Full-Time Property Managers to join and work with our team.  Candidates should be Reliable, Honest, and Organized. Couple to run the day-to-day business activities of the park.  

Office Manager to handle resident communications and rent collections.  Candidate to have good computer skills, a positive attitude, good communication skills and be detail orientated.  Bilingual is a plus, but not mandatory.

Maintenance Manager to be responsible for property maintenance and utilities.  Candidate must be handy, capable and have basic plumbing and electrical skills.  

Prior property management experience is a plus, but not mandatory, training is available for qualified candidates.

Salary will be based on experience and will include an attractive onsite 2 bedroom 2 bath home with garage, utilities, health insurance allowances and benefits.  Incentives for growth and additional compensation available.  Moving allowance provided.
