Looking for an EXPERIENCED couple to live onsite and manage our beautiful facility in Central Texas.  Must have Self Storage experience, experience with Sitelink is a plus.  Time management is essential, must have handyman/maintenance experience and be able to work independently as well as together.  Must be physically able to handle the day to day operations including all office duties as well as exterior property duties included in a larger facility.  

Included is a great 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with washer/dryer and a garage.... all utilities included!  Couple must posses great people skills, sales skills, collection skills, and be well kept and presentable.  Very competitive salary with bonuses structure and paid vacation time.
