FEATURED JOB OPENING: Office and Maintenance - Monterey, TN

Belle Ridge is located in Monterey, TN and is half way between Cookeville and Crossville, and about an hour and a half from Nashville and Knoxville. We have 730 acres, waterfalls, caves, UTV trails and more. We currently have 50 full hookup RV sites and 9 cabins. RV site roads are paved and wide enough for big rigs. We have free high speed Wi-Fi towers throughout the campground.

We are currently looking to fill two positions by a couple: An Office position and an Outdoor position.

Outdoor Position

- Available June 1st
- 8am to 5 or 6pm

Possible work entailed:

- Cleaning bath house
- Cleaning RV sites and fire pits
- Cleaning cabins
- Mowing (72" stand up mower)
- Weed whacking
- Splitting fire wood (hydraulic splitter)
- Stacking fire wood (tractor for moving)

* I can be more flexible with which days are to be worked for outdoor workers. Normally, the following tasks are completed on these days if someone is working:
- Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs: Mowing, weed whacking, fixing machines, cleaning RV sites
- Friday, Sat: Helping guests, making sure everyone has a parking pass, fixing any broken breakers or water hydrants at sites

Office Position

- Available June 1st
- 8am to 6pm

Possible work entailed:
- Checking in guests
- Taking phone calls
- Creating reservations
- Selling items from our store, etc

* Days of the week worked can be discussed so we can try to work out what's best for everyone. But right now:
Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
slots need to be filled, and possibly Friday, as we like to have two people running the office on Fridays as it gets so busy.

We are looking for two full timers and offering FHU and Pay. We get 100% rating with the health department for clean cabins and bath house. To keep receiving this score it's imperative that workers can memorize and follow a list of cleaning procedures. Hiring a couple is advantageous as it limits the number of sites used by employees while increasing the hours paid to employees.

Outdoor worker should be able to tell when something needs to be fixed, tree trimmed, trash picked up, etc. and take initiative.

The first 20 hours worked per week per site goes toward your site (20/30/50amp, septic, water and Wi-Fi), and any hours worked after that will be paid on Fridays via W2. The first check is held in arrears. For hiring a couple, we can deduct all 20 hours from an individual's clocked hours, or 10 hours from each. Whichever works better for you.
