FEATURED JOB OPENING: North Texas Ranch seeking Experienced Couple

North Central Texas ranch seeking experienced couple to fulfill long-term positions as fulltime caretaker & housekeeper.

Duties for housekeeper position include: daily upkeep and care of 7 bedroom, 9 bathroom main house, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, and light cooking.

Duties for caretaker position include: Grounds keeping including mowing (tractor/shredder and lawnmower), weeding, plant care, and cutting firewood. Maintenance of equipment, fences, barns and other out buildings. Hunting facility maintenance of small camp house, deer blinds, filling deer, quail and fish feeders, and cleaning game. Care of dogs and horses on property.

Family/owners at ranch part-time only, so couple must be highly motivated and detail oriented. An updated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home (utilities paid) with pretty ranch views provided along with health insurance. Competitive salary depends on experience. Requirements: Valid drivers licenses, non-smokers.
