This is a live-in role with private housing provided - a 2,500 sq. ft. beautiful guest home with a full kitchen, garage, and open floor plan, fully furnished for comfort and privacy.

This role offers the opportunity to oversee the smooth daily rhythm of a well-appointed estate, blending thoughtful care with attention to detail. Inside the home, responsibilities include daily cleaning of two personal bathrooms, weekly care of eight additional bathrooms, and daily tidying of bedrooms, the home office, and kitchen. Hardwood floors will be cleaned and rugs vacuumed twice weekly, while high-traffic areas such as the foyer will be refreshed every other day to maintain a welcoming ambiance. Outdoor care includes blowing off the walkway, back patio, and terrace to keep the grounds inviting.

This candidate will also assist with light organizing, casual daily table setting, occasional meal preparation, running errands, coordinating weekly vendor visits, and handling pick-ups. Occasional Support with planning, coordinating, and setting up for household events and gatherings will also be an aspect of the role. For those who enjoy a bit of country charm, the property is also home to a small flock of chickens, so those who are comfortable lending a hand with gathering fresh eggs each morning will be appreciated.

Qualifications 

5+ years of professional experience as a domestic couple, household manager, or estate manager.

At least 21 years of age

Valid driver’s license

Reliable and insured vehicle

Clean driving record

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule

Full-time, guaranteeing 40 hours per week. The general schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Compensation 

The family is offering an anticipated annual base income of $200k/year for a couple, and $120k/year for a single household manager. This position is paid legally, on a W-2, subject to regular deductions and withholdings as required by law. 

Housing

A beautiful all-brick guest house located right at the front of the main driveway, offering privacy while being close by. It is a spacious open floor plan featuring one bedroom and a den, spanning 2,500 equipped with a stunning kitchen and a full garage. All housing expenses are covered.
