FEATURED JOB OPENING: Motel Live In Managers - Enterprise, OR

Job Information  
Requirements:
* Two Persons to work TOGETHER as a TEAM. This is NOT a one person job. Please do not inquire unless you have a partner to help in all aspects of the job. We will not call for an interview if both applications and resumes are not turned in together.
* Customer Service Skills BOTH in Person and on Phone.
* Honest, Hard Worker.
* Pass a Background Check.
* Willingness to live ONSITE in Manager's 2 Bedroom Apartment.

PREFERS: Experience in the Lodging Industry such as Front Desk, Office work, Housekeeping, ect'.

Job Duties:
* Live Onsite and perform all Motel Operations including:
* Front Desk -
* Housekeeping and Laundry
* Able to do Repairs, help with upgrades to Motel
* Maintain Parking Lots, Flower Beds, Yard Area
* Take Reservations by Phone/In Person
* Needs basic Computer, and email knowledge
* Greet Customers, Check guests In/Out of Rooms, Issue Keys, take payments
* Complete Daily balancing of Till and Reports
* Schedule, Supervise and Assist Housekeeping staff and Laundry.
* Other Duties as Assigned.

Hours:
* At least one member of TEAM must be Onsite 24 hours per day, 6 days a week. WILL work Weekends.
* Motel Lobby is open from 7 A.M. to 10 P.M. Night Bell available for after hour guests.
