All age mobilehome park requires a good team to manage a 71 space mobilehome park. The office manager should have a minumum of two years experience and qualified to handle all collecting of rents, deposits and basic bookkeeping. Knowledge of all HCD forms, have people skills, self motivated and skilled on a computer. Must be able to follow direction. To be bi-lingual in Spanish would be helpful. Partner needs to do light maintenance and have handyman skills.
Residents own their mobilehomes: no subletting. Doublewide home provided as well as rent, utilities, and salary with the use of a golf cart.
