FEATURED JOB OPENING: Mobilehome Park Manager Couple - Rialto, CA

Wanted: State of California experienced mobilehome park manager couple with at least two  years experience working in mobilehome parks.  Permanent job with free mobilehome, free rent and utilities +  Salary.  Refurbishing mobiles homes can bring in considerable extra $$$.    Bi-lingual in Spanish will be useful but not mandatory.  Getting along with people and having  a cheerful disposition will make for a pleasant position.  Only 30 hours a week is required without a management company oversight.

Park is a small family park with a pool, new laundry room, recreation hall, rv spaces for residents, security cameras, maintenance tool shed and golf cart for the manager and maintenace man.  Hospital and schools are near by.  All mobilehomes are resident owned (no subletting).  Please send in your resume(s).
