FEATURED JOB OPENING: Mobilehome Park Management Couple - Whittier, CA

In need of an experienced and skilled mobile home park management team/couple for a 55+ age park. Ideal team will have two or more years experience managing a senior mobilehome park in California.  

Couple should have a working knowledge of the Title 25, as well as the CA Mobilehome Residency Laws (Civil Codes). Certified MCM classes taken through the WMA would be a plus. At least one person must have computer knowledge and be comfortable using a MAC. Computer skills would include the Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel), as well as the ability to receive and send email and to download files.  The mobilehome park is located in Whittier, CA.  The park is a small, easy to manage 75 space senior park.  Email or scan a "pdf" resume or fax.
