• Compensation includes Salary, Health Insurance Allowance, Paid Vacation, Yearly Bonus and a home with paid utilities in the park.

• Park includes 158 spaces, swimming pool, clubhouse, and storage lot.

• Duties include maintaining the community by enforcing the rules and regulations set forth, complying with “Fair Housing Rules”, maintaining the facility infrastructure and keeping the park full.  Currently the park has 100% occupancy.
