FEATURED JOB OPENING: Mobile Home Park Managers - Payson, AZ

   Couple needed for YEAR-ROUND management position for a 4 star, 55 plus, 78 space RV/Park model community in Payson, AZ (located in the middle of Tonto National Forest). Previous experience as a manager/assistant manager would be a plus.

One must have knowledge of making bank deposits, Word, Excel, reservations, rental agreements, good customer relations, and general office work. The other to do maintenance in the community. Knowledge of light electrical, plumbing, landscaping, help parking rigs, keeping the common area clean, keeping streets clean of debris/snow. Salary is FHU site and $2,000/month. Must have own rig. Manager is always on call but office hours are 9-12 & 1-4, M-F.
