A) First person to manage office operations:

1) Type "A" personality

2) Rent collections, evictions

3) PR with residents, potential residents, vendors, general public

4) enforce company and park policies

5) and oversee all operations to manage a mobile home park

B) Second person in charge of all operations for maintenance, landscaping, home remodels.

1) Having own tools and transportation to obtain parts is necessary.
