FEATURED JOB OPENING: Mobile Home Park Managers - Bakersfield, CA

We are looking for a couple/Partners  to work together to co-manage a small, well-run mobile home park in Bakersfield. We are ideally looking for a couple/partners who are retired and are looking for a long term, part-time position that would provide housing and compensation.

The job requires administration skills along with light maintenance skills. Residential management experience helpful but not required. A working knowledge of Spanish is required.
