FEATURED JOB OPENING: Mobile Home Park Management Team -- All Age Family Park - Hemet, CA

We are In need of an experienced and skilled mobilehome park management team/couple for an all age park. Ideal team will have two or more years experience managing a family mobilehome park. Someone bilingual (English & Spanish) would be an absolute plus!

Couple should have a working knowledge of the Title 25, as well as the California Mobilehome Residency Laws (Civil Codes). Certified MCM classes taken through the WMA would be a plus. At least one person must have computer knowledge and be comfortable using a MAC. Computer skills would include the Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel), as well as the ability to receive and send email and to download files.
