Seeking a working 2-person team for on-site management of an all-ages mobile home park. Strong organization and communcaiton skills are a must for these positions. Expeirence is preferred. This is a 117-home community in East Palo Alto. Housing for management is provided. Bilingual managers (English/Spanish) not required but would be an asset.
Duties include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service and fostering excellent community relations
- Maintaining scheduled office hours
- Maintaining proper COVID-19 protocols per our company's Prevention Plan
- Conducting periodic property inspections
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date files and records
- Screening new resident applications
- Signing lease and other documents on behalf of the property
- Handling receipt, deposit and applicaiton of rents
- Managing accounts payable
- Enforcing terms of lease or rental agreement
- Preparing administrative reports (traffic, delinquency, market surveys, rent increases, vacancy, evictions, etc.)
- Advising regional manager of any issue in order to ensure orderly and efficient operations
- Participating in grounds maintenance duties
- Organizing and directing major maintenance work
- Overseeing pool maintenance
- Ensuring all equipment is maintained and in working condition
- Establish and control timelines for regular and periodic maintenance issues
- Reviewing and overseeing contracted work performed by outside vendors
- Making minor repairs to buildings, structures and mobile homes
- Operating a variety of machinery and tools including grounds equipment, company vehicles, vacuums, mops, and various hand power tools
- Other duties as assigned
- Must have availabiltiy to be on call for emergencies.

- Knowledge of carpentry and building maintenance

- Knowledge of heating, plumbing, ventilation and electrical systems
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices
